SPCT DENUNCIA QUE EL EQUIPO DE GOBIERNO TIENE PARALIZADAS HACE MESES LAS OBRAS DE ADECUACION DEL LOCAL SOCIAL DE ISLA PLANA

 La localidad de Isla Plana está celebrando sus fiestas patronales durante esta semana. Esta localidad ribereña del Mar Mediterráneo recibe durante estas fechas a muchos veraneantes y turistas que disfrutan durante estos días de su período vacacional. La Sra. Alcaldesa se le llena la boca de banderas azules y de promoción turística del municipio, pero la realidad es que la imagen que se llevan estos visitantes es absolutamente distinta.

 Desde SPCT nos parece increíble que en un municipio “turístico” como Cartagena, el equipo de Gobierno del PP no instale unos simples aseos químicos en una localidad costera como Isla Plana durante sus fiestas patronales. SPCT denuncia que en la plaza Virgen del Mar, que es dónde se celebran las fiestas, está ubicado el antiguo local social de Isla Plana, que se está remodelando en la actualidad, no habiendo actualmente ningún tipo de aseo para dar servicio a los veraneantes.

 SPCT denuncia que las obras del nuevo local social Isla Plana, llevan ya paradas varios meses, y que a pesar de estar incluído con una dotación de 140.000 euros en el plan de barrios 2010, el equipo de Gobierno ha dado lugar a que llegue Agosto, temporada alta turística, sin ni tan siquiera contratar las obras, lo que está dando una imagen penosa de la zona a los visitantes.

 Ante esta circunstancia fruto de la desidia del PP, al menos, podían paliar su ineficacia instalando aseos químicos en la plaza Virgen del Mar, durante todo el verano y sobretodo en la semana de las fiestas, con el fin de evitar la imagen, la suciedad y el olor insoportable que la falta de estos simples aseos químicos están generando en el centro de Isla Plana.
